Inclusive Meetings
Are you missing important contributions from team members in your meetings and committees?
Women are often excluded from key-decision making committees, and when they are included are more often interrupted or not heard compared to men. Consequently, important ideas aren’t heard, critical issues get overlooked and, in the long run, women start feeling undervalued.
This important workshop will help participants learn and practise some simple techniques in the role of a meeting chair. The aim is to give delegates the confidence and tools they need to chair inclusive meetings and to make sure that both men and women are listened to and are equally valued during group meetings and discussions.
