Gender Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan
We provide practical workshops and consulting packages to help you assess the business case for gender diversity, get leaders on board and create a tailored roadmap that drives change in areas such as Gender Pay Gap, recruitment and progression.
The Business Case for Gender Diversity & Inclusion
Is your organisation looking to reduce a Gender Pay Gap, or stop high attrition rates of female employees? To help win senior level support and investment it’s good to relay the positive impact that Gender Balance has to the business bottom line.

How We Work With You
Turnkey: 'Done for you'
Outsource the project to us and we source an experienced team to run focus groups and gather and analyse all data. We re-design your recruitment and advancement practices and processes, design and run an awareness campaign and/or training programmes.
Partnership: ‘Done with you’
You do those areas where you have capacity and that you feel comfortable doing. We give you support and deliver in those areas where you lack capacity or capability.
Expert Support: ‘Done by you’
You run and execute the project, and we give expert input as and when required. You pay a retainer, or a package of ‘consulting support days’, and have access to our expertise as and when you need it.
Case Study: Gender Pay Gap Plan – Architecture Firm
We ran exit interviews and a series of focus groups with male and female staff. Based on the results we advised to design more transparency in the progression process, improve the mentoring programme and add Gender Smart behaviour as a module to the leadership training programme.
This resulted in more awareness on (gender) diversity issues, clearer progression processes and further actions being implemented.

Case Study: Closing the Engineering Gender Pay Gap
Inge designed and executed the qualitative research for the Royal Academy of Engineering and WISE Closing the Engineering Gender Pay Gap Research.
Inge was a panel member at the techUK Gender Pay Gap discussion in September 2018. She gave a superb short overview of the steps to take to reduce the gap, and the audience really valued her practical tips. A highly experienced and strategic thinker, Inge has great experience and insights on how organisations can drive gender diversity in their business.

Inge helped us interpret our qualitative analysis of the gender pay gap, gave us ideas on how to communicate it, and helped us build a gender pay gap action plan. The focus groups she ran were spot on and highly valued by male and female staff. They gave us a wealth of insights, interestingly not just about diversity and inclusion, but also on staff engagement and business matters beyond diversity.
Her recommendations are an excellent guide for our future actions on D&I. Inge was responsive to our needs and a great pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone with a down-to-earth, pragmatic approach to D&I.
